Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage government tenders from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering) to gather requirements for tender preparation.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the government sector.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines during the tendering process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Government Tender Management or related field.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
