Job Description

We’re seeking a Sr. Tender Executive for the Kolkata region with 4–6 years of Govt. Bidding/Tendering experience. Candidates with experience in the IT/ITES industry & GeM portal bidding would be an added advantage.

Essential Job Functions

• Tender documents preparation.
• Researching and identifying government procurement opportunities.
• Review tender documents to understand project requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submission.
• Drafting and preparing tender documents, including technical proposals, financial bids, and any other required documentation.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
• Proven experience in tendering and procurement, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
• Excellent understanding of government procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review and interpret complex tender documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,013.05 - ₹32,639.51 per month
