Tender Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Search and identify new construction tenders from government and private organizations.
• Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
• Prepare and compile tender documents, technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with the technical, estimation, accounts, and management teams for tender preparation.
• Prepare and submit EOI, RFQ, RFP, EMD, PBG, and other tender-related documents.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders through online e-tendering portals.
• Maintain records of submitted, awarded, rejected, and ongoing tenders.
• Coordinate for clarification, corrigendum, and other tender-related communications.
• Assist in preparing rate analysis, quotations, and commercial information.
• Track tender results and maintain a tender status report.
• Ensure all required documents and certificates are valid and available before submission.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of construction tendering and e-tendering processes.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of government e-tender portals will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
