Tender Executive

Tender & Proposal Support

• Review and respond to Invitation to Bid (ITB) / tender documents.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to assess scope and feasibility.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals in line with client requirements.
• Attend technical and commercial clarification meetings during the tender stage.
• Liaise with clients for any proposal-related queries or negotiations.

Internal Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other departments to gather necessary inputs for tenders and projects.
• Ensure that proposals are reviewed, complete, and submitted within deadline.
• Facilitate project handovers to the Operations team once contracts are awarded.

Contract & Documentation Administration:

• Review contract documents to ensure alignment with proposal submissions.
• Coordinate and ensure proper execution of contractual documents such as POs, SOs, WOs, and service agreements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with client’s administrative requirements (e.g., insurance, reporting obligations).

Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up:

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on approved timesheets or milestones.

Requirements:

• An engineering background is highly recommended.
• Must be a Chinese speaker to liaise with the counterpart in China.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree
