Tender Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant government and private tenders through portals and other sources.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and compile tender documents as per the tender requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, sales, and management teams for required information and approvals.
• Prepare technical and commercial bids, including quotations and BOQ.
• Ensure all required certificates, declarations, EMD, tender fees, and supporting documents are available and valid.
• Upload and submit bids on e-tendering portals within the specified deadline.
• Monitor corrigenda, amendments, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings related to submitted tenders.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, deadlines, bid status, and results.
• Coordinate for EMD/security deposit, performance guarantees, and other contractual documentation.
• Follow up on tender results, purchase/work orders, and contract-related requirements.
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities, competitors, pricing, and past bid results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender terms and conditions.
• Prepare regular tender status and MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with clients/departments for clarifications and post-tender requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
