Tender Executive

Tendering & Contracts**:**

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / equivalent)
• 2–5 years of experience in Governement tendering processes
• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) – mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer operations
• Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and submission procedures
• Good communication skills for coordination with departments and vendors
• Preparation, uploading, and submission of tenders on GeM portal/ Govt portals
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and deadlines
• Maintain and update tender records, documentation, and MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and approvals
• Monitor tender status, respond to queries, and follow up on results
• Assist in drafting commercial bids, quotations, and supporting documents
• Keep track of new tender opportunities and notify management accordingly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
