· Online/Manual Vendor Registration
· Online Bidding / E-Procurement / E-Tendering
· Study Tender Document and preparation of Prebid Queries
· Studying, Preparing & Submission of Quotations / Bids
· Taking care of post Bid correspondence / Reply to post Bid Queries
· Follow up of for Tender Document and Work Order.
· Follow-Up for Release of Security Deposit Amount / EMD Submitted with Tenders.
· Responsible for maintaining Job Files of all jobs running all over India.
· Preparation & updating MIS related to Tenders in Pipeline & Bids submitted
· Preparation of Power Point Presentations (PPT)
· All related correspondence
· Execution of any other tasks given by Department / Management
