Tender Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for government institutions, hospitals, universities, research organizations, and corporate customers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM, government e-tenders, documentation, compliance, and bid submission processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant government tenders, GeM bids, and e-procurement opportunities.
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and management teams to prepare complete bids.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents within deadlines.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, PBG, bid security, declarations, undertakings, authorization letters, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with OEMs/manufacturers for technical compliance, authorization letters, datasheets, certificates, and quotations.
• Ensure all tender submissions comply with required specifications and statutory conditions.
• Track tender status, technical evaluations, commercial bids, negotiations, purchase orders, and related correspondence.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, results, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers and procurement departments for tender-related clarifications and documentation.
• Support the sales team in government and institutional business development.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in tender management / government procurement / GeM / institutional sales support.
