Role & responsibilities :
Role : Tender Executive
Shift Timings: 9.00 AM 6:00 PM (Flexible as per site requirements)
Week Offs: Sunday
Work Location: Chennai (Industrial & Government Projects)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparation of BOQ and quantity take-off from drawings
Cost estimation, rate analysis & tender submission (Government projects)
Preparation of technical & commercial quotations
Site supervision and execution of civil works
Coordination with electrical, mechanical & other departments
Quality control and safety compliance at site
Material planning & vendor coordination
Client meetings & project progress reporting
Billing preparation as per BOQ and measurement sheets
Handling project handover documentation
Skill Sets:
Strong knowledge in industrial & government civil projects
Expertise in BOQ preparation & tender documentation
Knowledge of IS standards
Strong MS Excel & AutoCAD skills
Ability to independently handle site team & subcontractors
Good communication & negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in handling Industrial & Government Civil Projects
Ability to independently manage estimation & execution
