About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive – GeM Portal to manage the complete tendering and bidding process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, managing GeM listings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with government procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant GeM tender opportunities.

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ, and terms & conditions.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.

Manage and update GeM product/service listings and company profile.

Handle GeM bidding and Reverse Auction activities.

Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Technical, Legal, and other teams for required documents and approvals.

Track bid status, technical/financial evaluation, results, and order status.

Respond to tender queries, clarifications, and additional document requirements.

Maintain proper records of all tenders, bids, documents, and outcomes.

Prepare tender MIS and performance reports.

Ensure compliance with GeM rules, GST, EMD, PBG, and government procurement norms.

Candidate Profile

Regular B.Com or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

4–8 years of relevant experience in GeM tender management.

Strong knowledge of GeM listing, bidding, documentation, and Reverse Auctions.

Good understanding of GST, EMD, PBG, and government procurement procedures.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
