Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant tenders and prepare required documentation.

• Coordinate with various departments for tender requirements and approvals.

• Ensure timely submission of tenders as per guidelines.

• Maintain records of tenders submitted and track their status.

• Handle post-tender clarifications and follow-ups.

  Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of tender portals and e-procurement systems.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).

• Immediate joiners to 60 days.
