We are looking for a Tender Executive & Administration professional to join our architectural firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project tendering, documentation and submissions, along with good administrative and coordination skills.

Candidates from Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related backgrounds are preferred. Candidates with relevant tendering experience from other backgrounds may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and submit project tenders within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required drawings, credentials and documents.
• Maintain records of tenders, submissions, deadlines and outcomes.
• Handle general documentation, office administration and coordination.
• Assist the management team with day-to-day administrative requirements when there are no active tenders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in tendering, documentation or administration.
• Knowledge of the tendering process and project documentation.
• Background in Civil / Architecture / Construction preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with architectural, construction or consultancy firms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
