What they need
Job Description Tender Executive
- Handle end-to-end GeM portal activities, including tender identification, bid participation, submission, evaluation and order follow-up.
- Search and participate in GeM, CPPP, Government, PSU and other e-Tenders.
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids, BOQ, EMD, MAF, compliance documents and declarations.
- Review tender eligibility, specifications, terms & conditions and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, OEMs and Dealers for required tender documents.
- Handle GeM Reverse Auctions, negotiations and order processing.
- Monitor corrigenda, pre-bid queries, tender results and post-tender follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records and ensure 100% accuracy and timely tender submissions.
Key Requirement: Strong hands-on experience in GeM portal and end-to-end tender participation is mandatory. Experience with technical products/office automation/banking automation will be preferred.
