Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tender Executive to manage tender documentation, online tender submissions, coordination, and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Good knowledge of Tender Documentation & Online Tender Submission
• Understanding of BOQ, Technical Specifications & Commercial Terms
• Knowledge of Metal / Engineering Products will be preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Email
• Knowledge of GeM / Government e-Tender Portals will be preferred
• Handle tender-related documentation and ensure timely submission
• Coordinate with internal teams for required technical and commercial information
• Follow up on tender-related activities and deadlines
• Good calculation, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict tender deadlines

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Any Graduate can apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong documentation and computer skills
• Candidates with experience in tendering, GeM, government tenders, or metal/engineering industries will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
