Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tender Executive to handle tender-related documentation, online portal activities, auction processes and submission of required information. The candidate should have good computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibility:

• Handle tender related documentation and online submission activities.
• Manage and update company information and required documents on SRM and other relevant portals.
• Assist in filling out tender forms and uploading the necessary documents.
• Monitor tender and auction related activities through the relevant online portals.
• Assist in participating in online bidding and auction processes , as applicable.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect the information and documents required for tender submission.
• Track submission deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and maintain tender related reports and recording using MS Excel.
• Perform other tender related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience
• Experience in tender documentation , e tendering auction.
• Familiarity with SRM portals or similar e-procurement platforms will be preferred.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS EXCEL and MS OFFICE.
• Good documentation and computer skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
