TENDER EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions.
• Review tender documents, specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain required information and quotations.
• Source and compare quotations to support competitive tender pricing.
• Ensure tender documents are complete and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of tender documents and submissions.

About you

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS), Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in tendering, estimation, or commercial activities.
• Experience handling tenders valued at RM10 million and above will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of cost estimation, pricing and tender documentation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
