About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Government Sales to support our Business Generation team in handling government sales activities, GeM operations, tender documentation, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of Government Tenders and GeM bids.
• Support the team in preparing tender-related documents and maintaining records.
• Manage and update GeM catalogues and product information.
• Assist in coordinating order delivery and execution with internal teams.
• Follow up for pending payments from government clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments for tender, order, and delivery-related activities.
• Maintain proper records of bids, quotations, orders, invoices, and payment status.
• Monitor tender requirements, deadlines, and submission timelines.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Government Sales team.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn about Government Sales, GeM, and Tendering processes. Preferred Skills
