We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with experience in handling the complete tendering process, bid documentation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent knowledge of e-procurement portals, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

• Study and prepare bids for tenders on portals like GEM, CPPP, MDL, ECIL, HAL, BEL, etc.
• Prepare Price Bids, Techno-Commercial Bids, Technical Compliance, and supporting documentation.
• Handle purchase orders, order acceptance, and coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain vendor registrations & renewals (DRDO, OFB, HAL, TCS, Honeywell, etc.).
• Ensure timely record-keeping, payment follow-ups, and project tracking.
