Tender Executive

Experience Criteria:

0 to 5 years of experience are welcome. Candidates with prior experience in tendering will be given preference. However, freshers with zero experience are also highly encouraged to apply, provided their Catching Power (learning and grasping capability) is exceptionally strong, fast, and sharp.

Role and Responsibilities:

* State-Wise NIT Tracking: The selected candidate will be assigned a specific State. They will be entirely responsible for monitoring and tracking every Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) floated within that assigned region.

* Platform Monitoring: Keeping a strict and continuous watch on all major government and private tendering portals, e-marketplace websites, and procurement platforms where security or relevant tenders are published.

* Terms & Conditions Analysis: Thoroughly reading and understanding the technical terms, eligibility criteria, and clauses of each NIT to ensure the company meets all requirements.

* Document Arrangement: Procuring, verifying, and arranging all technical company papers, certificates, and compliance documents as per the specific tender requirements.

* Timely Submission: Ensuring that the complete technical bid is uploaded or submitted perfectly before the deadline without any errors.

* Vocal & Presentation Skills: The candidate must be highly vocal, confident, and articulate. In case of requirement, they should be fully capable of preparing and delivering professional technical presentations before clients or technical evaluation committees.

* Competitor Scrutiny (Future Growth): Once the candidate is fully trained, gets comfortable with the system, and becomes a "Smart Worker," their role will expand. They will be responsible for conducting deep scrutiny of rival bidders' technical documents to identify flaws, missing papers, or technical non-compliance.Role & responsibilities
