Tender Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 45 years of hands-on experience in product-based government tendering, preferably through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Mandatory experience in solar products and electronic items, including CCTV systems and related equipment.
• Proven experience in winning government product tenders and securing purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of GeM processes, government procurement guidelines, e-tendering, and reverse auctions.
• Practical experience in OEM onboarding, obtaining MAFs/OEM authorization letters, and coordinating with manufacturers before bid participation.
• Good knowledge of GST, HSN codes, product costing, pricing, and commercial bid preparation.
• Experience in product catalogue creation, specifications, and category-wise compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
