Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in government civil construction tenders, particularly for Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Maharashtra Public Works Department (PWD).

The candidate must have practical knowledge of government tender documentation, BOQ preparation, online bid submission and tendering procedures for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle government civil construction tenders for NMC, Maharashtra PWD and other government departments.
• Search, identify and evaluate suitable construction tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids through relevant e-tendering portals.
• Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, BOQs, drawings, specifications and terms and conditions.
• Prepare tender documents, EMD, tender fees, declarations, affidavits and other supporting documents.
• Manage Tender247 and government e-tendering portals.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, accounts and management teams for bid preparation.
• Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, submission status and results.
• Maintain records of submitted, shortlisted and awarded tenders.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction tendering.
• Prior hands-on experience with NMC and/or Maharashtra PWD construction tenders is strongly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of government e-tendering portals and online bid submission.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, technical documentation, EMD and tender fee procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have worked with civil construction contractors handling municipal corporation, PWD or other government building and infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
