Role & responsibilities
Identify and track relevant government, PSU, Hospital and institutional tenders.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specification and commercial terms.
Prepare and submit online tenders through e-tendering portals.
Ensure timely submission of tender fees, security deposits and other applicable requirements.
Maintain records of tender submissions, bid status, purchase orders and contract documents.
Monitor tender opening dates, results, and award notifications.
Follow up with government departments, hospitals and other customer regarding tender queries.
Prepare periodic tender status reports for management.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of tender related information
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of government e-tendering portals.
Experience in pharmaceuticals industry.
