Job Description – Tendering Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tender proposals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and track relevant tenders on government and private portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents, quotations, and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete and accurate documentation.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, and other required documents.
• Maintain tender records and track bid status.
• Follow up on tender results, clarifications, and client queries.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of tendering procedures, bid preparation, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in tendering for road, highway, railway, and other infrastructure projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
