Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 3–6 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the manufacturing industry, particularly LED signage, furniture, and signage solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, managing tender documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant government, PSU, and private-sector tender opportunities.
• Search and monitor tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and other tender platforms.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within specified deadlines.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Handle complete tender documentation, including EMD, BG, BOQ, compliance documents, and supporting certificates.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Management teams for pricing and technical information.
• Manage online tender submissions, clarifications, corrigendums, and bid follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, bid status, and awarded contracts.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
• Assist in post-tender activities, including documentation and coordination for awarded projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in tendering and bidding, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in LED signage, furniture, signage fabrication, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government e-tendering portals.
• Experience in technical and commercial bid preparation.
• Good understanding of BOQ, EMD, BG, and tender compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently residing in Noida, Greater Noida, or Ghaziabad will be given preference.
• Prior experience handling government and private tenders in manufacturing.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end tender management.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
