Job Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, e-tender and e-procurement portals.
  • Handle complete tendering process including tender filling, documentation and online bid submission.
  • Participate in online auctions and manage bid-related activities.
  • Prepare technical and commercial tender documents as per requirements.
  • Manage quotation preparation and coordinate with customers for tender-related requirements.
  • Maintain records of tenders, bids, quotations, submissions and auction results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely submission of tenders.
  • Handle regular follow-ups regarding tender status, queries and submissions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records using MS Excel and MS Word.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in GeM Portal, e-tendering, e-procurement and online auctions.
  • Hands-on experience in tender searching, filling and bid submission.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong communication, documentation and coordination skills.
  • Good follow-up and time-management abilities.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with prior experience in GeM Portal, online auctions, e-tenders and bid submission will be preferred. Experience in manufacturing, engineering products or industrial companies will be an added advantage.
