What you'll be doing?

• Prepare Tenders: Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for tender-related documents, including contracts, correspondence, and bid proposals.
• Track Deadlines: Track tender deadlines, submission statuses, and follow-up actions.
• Client Communication: Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, for tender-related queries.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contract documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project scope, design, and specifications for electrical projects.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Who are they looking for?

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates candidates with prior internships experience are welcomed to apply.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical or construction industries is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Skills: Strong understanding of contracts, tender processes, and procurement strategies in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
