Roles & Responsibility

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive/Manager to manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, and submitting proposals within deadlines, ensuring 100% compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Search, identify, and analyze relevant government and private tenders (GeM, CPP, eProcurement portals, etc.).
Prepare and organize all necessary documents required for tender submission (technical & financial).Coordinate with internal departments for document collection, approvals, and clarifications.
Upload tenders on portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Follow up on tender submissions, respond to queries, and manage post-submission documentation.
Maintain records of tenders submitted, won, and lost for reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of tenders.
Stay up to date with new regulations and changes in procurement policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
5 years of experience in tender filing or government bidding processes.
Proficient in using GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editors.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
