Roles & Responsibilities
Tendering, Civil Quantity and Cost Estimation, Preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals.
Estimation for Railway Civil / Composite, EPC, BOQ Tenders.
Coordination with vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors for arranging quotations.
Rate analysis and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.
Study and finalize quantities, designs, in coordination with design consultants.
Conduct Site Surveys and prepare Site Survey reports
Study, analyse, recommend target winning price according to competition and market environment
