Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Tracking: Monitor procurement platforms daily for new contracts.
• Bid Strategy: Decide if a bid is a good fit. Plan the timeline and tasks.
• Document Preparation: Write, edit, and organize the proposal to highlight our strengths.
• Cost Analysis: Work with finance to calculate costs and set profitable pricing.
• Compliance: Ensure all paperwork follows legal and industry rules.
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
• Coordinate with the concern department and liaising.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 4-7+ years in bid management, sales, or contract negotiation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Software: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and e-tendering portals.
• Writing: Excellent persuasive writing and clear communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
