Job Description

Supreme Bituchem India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tender Manager to handle the complete tendering and bidding process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate government and private-sector tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for costing, pricing, documentation, and approvals.
• Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other tender-related documentation, wherever applicable.
• Manage online tender submissions through e-procurement portals and GeM, wherever relevant.
• Maintain tender records, bid trackers, and submission reports.
• Coordinate with clients regarding pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and tender results.
• Ensure compliance with tender conditions and company policies.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in tender management or bid management.
• Knowledge of government tendering procedures and e-procurement portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
