Tender Manager

Position: Assistant Manager – Tender Preparation

Location: Chembur

Industry Preference: Marine / Fire / Related Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit tenders both online (GeM portal, e-procurement) and offline (physical submissions).
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Legal, Finance) for preparing complete bids.
• Ensure timely submission of all tenders with zero deviations.
• Maintain and update tender tracking reports, databases, and status dashboards.
• Interact with clients, consultants, and government authorities regarding tender queries and clarifications.
• Conduct competitor analysis and pricing studies for strategic bidding.
• Support management in bid/no-bid decision-making processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in tender preparation (both online and offline).
• Industry Preference: Marine /Fire / Defense / Heavy Engineering.
• Age: 30–35 years.
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, and tender documentation.
• Good understanding of contract terms, government procurement guidelines, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education: Any Graduate... Engineering preferred
