Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tender preparation, review, pricing, and submission for major construction projects.
• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with estimation, QS, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Evaluate project costs, subcontractor quotations, and commercial risks.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on tender clarifications and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction tendering, bidding, or estimation in UAE.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings, luxury residential developments, villas, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and UAE construction practices.
• Candidates in senior positions with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
