What they need
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
- License holder is a must
- At least 3 years experience in project management handling different projects in power and energy, oil and gas, transport infrastructure, water infrastructure
- With good project planning and estimating experience and familiar with planning software like Primavera, MS Project and other software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Job Scope:
The Tender Planner is responsible for the overall preparation of project execution plan during tender stage with the help of Tender Planning Manager and coordinates with the estimating team regarding the resources needed in the plan. He shall coordinate with the Business Development Officers, Estimating Team, Supply Chain and Operations in coming up with a well thought out execution plans that are innovative and cost competitive in the preparation of the tender proposals.
