Responsibilities
- Draft quotes; follow up feedback on proposals generated
- Confirming bookings via email
- Ensures all order requests are processed accurately
- Freight Rate Request
- Tariff Rates Update
- Pricing analysis and quote conversion reporting through the internal systems/tools
- Trade lane research (import/export) for focus regions
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ import / export experience within the freight forwarding industry
Experience in drafting quotes, rates and pricing
Excellent English skills in both written and oral communication
Willing to work in Ortigas Site
Can start ASAP and amenable to graveyard and weekend schedules
