Tender Registration Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site role

Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Registration Coordinator to support our tender and quotation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting tender registration documents.
• Review tender requirements, specifications and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information.
• Maintain proper track records of tender documents.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
• Follow up on tender-related requirements and documentation.
• Perform other coordination and administrative duties as required.
• ADNOC Experience will be preferred.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Diploma preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Knowledge of prequalification, tender procedures and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines

Pay: AED4,400.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
