What they need
- Mencari dan memonitoring informasi tender dari perusahaan /instalansi yang berpotensi menjadi klien
- Mempelajari dokumen Tender, seperti TOR/KAK/, RFP, persyaratan administrasi, teknis, dan komersial
- Menyiapkan dokumen penawaran sesuai persyaratan tender
- Mengkoordinasikan internal dengan tim Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, dan Technical/IT
- Screening awal peluang tender (Scope, nilai proyek, persyaratan, lokasi, deadline dan kesesuaian)
- Follow up informasi dan pihak terkait
- Menyiapkan laporan tender pipeline, opportunity, dan perkembangan tender
- Research customer, perusahaan, kompetitor dan potensi proyek
- Memastikan informasi akurat dan deadline tindak lanjut agar tidak terlewat
