Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Engineer to handle tender preparation, estimation, BOQ analysis, and online tender submission for construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have knowledge of civil engineering drawings, cost estimation, tender documentation, and e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and review government and private construction tenders.
• Study tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, BOQ, and eligibility criteria.
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial bid documents.
• Analyze BOQ and calculate quantities, material costs, labour costs, and other project expenses.
• Prepare technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with the estimation, purchase, accounts, and project execution teams to collect quotations and supporting documents.
• Prepare EMD, tender fee, bank guarantee, affidavits, declarations, and other required documents.
• Submit tenders through government e-procurement portals within the prescribed deadlines.
• Review tender conditions, contract clauses, and compliance requirements.
• Track tender status, corrigenda, bid openings, and work order updates.
• Maintain proper records of tender submissions, estimates, and results.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering and estimation in the construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of government tender portals, GeM, and CPPP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and PDF documentation.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
