Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering Executive & Draftsman with basic knowledge of civil engineering, AutoCAD, and tender documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, drafting civil drawings, assisting with estimates, and maintaining project-related records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and organize tender documents as per project requirements.

• Prepare and modify civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

• Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and other tender-related documents.

• Maintain and update project documentation and records.

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for drawing and tender requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.

• Support the tendering team in day-to-day documentation and administrative activities. Requirements

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drafting.

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

• Basic computer and system operation skills.

• Understanding of tender preparation and documentation.

• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.
