Tendering Manager

Our client, a leading EPC company in the power transmission and infrastructure sector, is looking for an experienced Tendering Manager to lead techno-commercial tendering for substation and power transmission projects across MENA .

💼 Expertise: Substation Tendering, Estimation & Techno-Commercial Bids (400/220 kV GIS/AIS substations)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial bids, tender submissions, and cost estimates for substation EPC projects.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial teams, and external partners to develop competitive bids.
• Ensure compliance with client and utility-specific technical requirements.
• Support commercial evaluations, pricing strategies, and bid negotiations.

We're Looking For

• Experience of tendering and estimation for 400 kV EPC substation projects, preferably with international (GCC / MENA / Africa) bid
• Familiarity with tendering requirements of TAQA, EtihadWE, ADNOC, SEC, and Kahramaa .
• Strong understanding of substation EPC scope, costing, and commercial aspects.
• Experience handling GCC utility projects.
