Tendering-Secure Power/Service Business

Role & responsibilities

Manage the complete tendering process for service-driven brownfield projects.

• Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Develop project cost estimates and ensure timely submission of competitive bids.
• Analyze project specifications and customer requirements to create winning tender proposals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams for successful bid preparation.
• Provide technical support during the tendering process and participate in customer discussions when required.
• Ensure accuracy in technical proposals, commercial offers, purchasing, cash flow, and project risk assessment.
• Maintain consistency across projects by leveraging previous project experience, lessons learned, and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in tendering processes, tools, and estimation practices.
• Lead and guide team members while ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 710 years of experience in Tendering/Estimation within Secure Power or Services Business
• Strong knowledge of Single & Three-Phase UPS, Cooling Systems, Batteries, Battery Monitoring Systems, and related spare parts
• Experience in UPS modernization, retrofit solutions, data center infrastructure, and asset digitization
• Exposure to Digital Solutions and Cyber Security is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in Marketing & Tendering for Electrical Distribution and Service Business is preferred.
