Tendering Specialist

📢 MBF Yapı İnşaat A.Ş. is Hiring – International Tenders Specialist / Assistant Specialist

MBF Yapı İnşaat A.Ş. is looking for a motivated team member to support our national and international tendering processes, particularly for infrastructure and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
• Preferably experienced in international tenders, bid preparation, procurement, or infrastructure projects,
• Excellent written and spoken English skills,
• Ability to review, understand, and analyze tender documents in English,
• Strong ability to prepare professional correspondence and documentation in English,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
• Willing and able to travel within Türkiye and abroad when required,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong research, reporting, documentation, and coordination skills,
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to follow multiple tender processes simultaneously,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and monitoring national and international construction and infrastructure tenders,
• Following projects financed by international institutions such as the World Bank, EIB, EBRD, AFD, AIIB, European Union, and other international financial institutions,
• Reviewing tender notices, bidding documents, specifications, and contractual requirements,
• Analyzing technical, financial, administrative, and qualification criteria of tenders,
• Preparing and coordinating tender submission documents in compliance with bidding requirements,
• Reviewing requirements related to company experience, financial capacity, turnover, personnel, equipment, and similar qualification criteria,
• Following tender deadlines, addenda, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and site visits,
• Conducting professional correspondence in English and Turkish with contracting authorities, consultants, partners, and other relevant parties,
• Coordinating with technical, financial, and administrative departments throughout the tender preparation process.
