Part time: w/ opportunity to go full-time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tennis Professional to join our coaching team. This role involves working with a variety of players through private lessons, semi-private sessions, and group clinics. The ideal candidate is passionate about player development, brings great energy to the court, and is committed to growing their coaching career. There is significant room for growth in this position—coaches who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, and initiative will have opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one private lessons tailored to individual player needs
• Lead semi-private lessons and small group sessions
• Plan and run engaging group clinics for various skill levels and age groups
• Foster a fun, supportive, and professional training environment
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff

Qualifications:

• RSPA certification preferred OR willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels
• High energy, dependable, and self-motivated
• Previous coaching or playing experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
