Customer Acquisition and Sales

• Promote J&T Home services to potential customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Business Development

• Conduct market surveys and identify business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase parcel volume and revenue.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and communities.

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with stations and operational teams regarding pickups, deliveries, and service issues.
• Monitor customer shipment activities and provide necessary support.
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.

Marketing and Brand Promotion

• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote J&T Home programs.
• Maintain proper brand image and visibility within the assigned territory.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
• Submit required documents and reports to management on time.

Training and Support

• Assist in onboarding and guiding new J&T Home agents or partners.
• Provide product and service information to customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in company training and development programs.

Compliance and Professional Conduct

• Adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Protect customer information and company data confidentiality.
• Represent J&T Home professionally at all times.
