Terminal Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure and extend asset life.
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Order and manage parts, tools, and supplies inventory efficiently.
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff, ensuring skills development and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, operations, property management) for scheduling maintenance work with minimal disruption.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Assist in the development and management of maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
