Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections for termites and other wood-destroying organisms using specialized tools and techniques.
• Apply approved pest control treatments with precision, ensuring effective eradication and long-term protection.
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment, including power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and lawn care equipment.
• Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with clients about inspection findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations.
• Assist with land management tasks such as landscaping, farming activities, or lawn care when needed to support property health.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Pest Control Operator with specialization in Termite/WDO treatments.
• Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest management and land maintenance.
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely across various terrains.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote additional services or treatment plans to clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build trust with customers.
