Job summary

The Territorial Sales Supervisor manages sales activities within an assigned territory, supervises sales representatives, drives sales growth, achieves targets, develops customer relationships, monitors market trends, ensures product availability and visibility, and provides regular sales reports to management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Monitor product availability, distribution, pricing, and market activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
• Monitor competitors and provide relevant market information to management.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and territory performance reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales strategies and policies.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
