Job summary

We are seeking a Territory Development Executive (TDE) to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, acquire new customers, and manage relationships with existing customers across Lagos Island

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers, outlets, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Visit customers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and revenue targets.
• Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing, and customer needs.
• Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and distribution within the territory.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and customer issues.
• Prepare regular sales and territory performance reports.

Requirements:

• OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, territory management, FMCG, distribution, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos Island and surrounding markets.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and achieve sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
