Job Description:
We are seeking a target-driven Territory Development Officer to drive customer acquisition and asset finance growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers, tricycle operators, traders, and small businesses.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Develop relationships with clients, agents, and tricycle park/branch chairmen.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and repayment terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records, KYC documents, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with credit and collections teams to support customer onboarding.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, or asset finance.
• Experience in sales pipeline management and customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory and basic digital skills.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₦220,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
