Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
Salary: ₦220,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Development Officer to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with distributors and customers within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and distribution across the territory.
• Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in territory sales, market development, or FMCG sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Sagamu market and surrounding areas.
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
