Job Description

Manage and develop sales activities within an assigned territory, building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Drive revenue growth by promoting building solutions and providing professional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical information.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve territory sales targets and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and territory management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
